My Turquoise Chair

This was my chair....my turquoise chair. I saw it, I loved it, it was mine. I went to get my chair today. It was gone. And I am sad.
To my chair.....

Maggie, remember, with time there will be other chairs. And you know you will always have yesterday with your turquoise chair--and all the memories shared between you. I'm so sorry for your loss... I feel as though it were my loss too. Love, P

Dear Maggie,
I'm so sorry,
I remember the day you told me you were in love, with the chair. And the time you told me your sweet sister and friend were going to get it for you. So don't be sad, think of the future and what could pop up.
I love you :)

that is indeed a VERY sad story. coincidentally, saturday i saw a chair on the side of the road, after which seeing, i thought: "forsooth, if I had my own place, I would undoubtedly snatch up that chair." it was the kinda of chair that would fit in the corner of the room and look very good with books stacked all around it.
